Hey, i bought my SR 125 a couple of months ago. The last owner had nelected it and i am trying to do it up. I am having a problem in getting the rear wheel off. so i can't take it to get a new tyre. Can anyone help me and advise me how i can remove thw rear wheel? If you would email me with a little advice to tomperry_11@hotmail.co.uk

If you are going to by an SR50 do not buy the DI-Tech version it is rubbish. no dealers or bike mechanics will look at it and when i found one it took them 8 weeks to fix it i have just got it back and it has already broke down. ( you will notice if it is a DI-Tech because it has no kick start)

As a commuter it was quick, noisy (so the car drivers can hear you weaving through the traffic) but was off the road for 3 months – yes 3 months waiting for an electrical pickup to arrive from Italy!!
Great on fuel, weather protection is good, handling is great - it can be thrown around like a rag doll!
Top end is reasonable for a 50cc, mine would go off the clock having done the rollers, re-jetted & put on a Technigas exhaust.
Acceleration is brisk but the roller/jet combo needs tweaking to get the best mix of top end speed and the traffic light GP sprint!
The other good thing about the SR50R was the head & tail lights are exactly the same as an RSV R and through the traffic its just a fast!!!!
For a 16 year old or a cost conscious commuter you cant get better!!

I have just bought an Aprilia SR125. It was a bargain I think, because for £450 I have bought an over 5000 mileage great bike! I fell in love from the first sight! It is really great bike. I have not reached her max speed yet, but I think she can lots of stuff ;) I must work on her body a little, because some plastic stuffs are broken. That is why I give her 9 stars. Could you tell me about a site which will be good for me as a new owner of this lovely bike? It can be some stuff about exploatation and tuning. Thanks

These are awsome peds with mint accelleration. I've had malossi variator, laser pipe and a few other cosmetic things. Not only are they quick they look awesome!!!
