You can get a (JL) Jim Lomas double canned stainless steel exhaust from a guy named craig on 125ccsportsbikes.com - not cheap tho.

Don't listen to this guy. My RS50 wiped the floor with every 50 or 70 I came across and even beat the CBR125. My one had a race exhaust and a 70cc bore kit and a larger carb. it cornered like a dream had lots of grip which gave you the confidence to get your knee down. The brakes are great you can out brake other bikes into corners wot more could you want

The RS50 is the fastest 50cc bike on the road and most people dont believe they do around 75mph when tuned. Prob just jealous, haha!! My RS50 does around 63mph now and is de-ristricted, I am shortly gettin a twin can race exhaust and bigger jets to increase the power!!!!!!!! So all u losers on little derbi senders a grp's get 1. ;-D

I only recently bought the brand new model of the RS125. It's more streamlined and 19kg's lighter than the old shape rs125. I've never had so much fun, after running it in I've managed to get 112mph! reading on the digital display, the front wheel will even lift up on its own when it hits it power band at 7000rpm! The engine is the same as the old model but the amount changed is gr8 and you really feel the difference compared to the old model.

This bike is great. I do a lot of of motox so this bike is perfect for me. Despite being only a 50cc it goes all right, but I would like it to go faster. It handles well and takes off road tracks really well, so I'm always doing a bit of green laning. It does 50 in 5th then doesnt really go anywhere in 6th. I've been told its not derestriced but im not sure. Can any 1 recommend an exhuast or any other mod for this bike.

I haven't got one of these as I have got a Derbi Senda limited edition. My supermoto hammers these things. I have got a hebo 70 kit and a metrakit carb, racing against a RS with the same I left it in the dust, round the bends and on the straights. If you are looking to buy one, dont. Derbis are the way forward. Fast as f00k.

Hey I am thinkin of buyin a 50cc for my bday in 5 wkz and i was wondering if any1 has any ideas on which one to get. 2 of my mates are getting RS50 and I am not to sure what to get. I am thinking of an Aprilia RS50/Peugeot XR6 or a Yamaha TZR50 and if there is any1 out there that has any ideas please let me knw.

I bought my 12 year old daughter an RX for christmas. At first, because she had a Beta 50 auto it was a bit big. but 2 hours on it and she's off. I have had quite a few off roaders and I love it. It is quite nippy and responsive for a mere fizz even with 15 stone of me on it. With my kid on it, the RX flies. It looks good for its size and has so far not let her down.I like it and it is big enough to last her a while yet (until she is good enough and gets pissed off doing 50 mph at full bore), which i suspect if she is owt like me, won't be long!

Hi the slow start could be that you dont have a power valve fitted?? These give more bottom end power and open up at 8,000 for more rpm and top end speed.

I have bought an RX50 and its a nice bike to ride but the speedo has broke on it so I dont know how fast it goes. My mate clocked me at 50mph which isn't bad, ne ideas to make it go faster.......
