Suzuki RM 125cc 88/89 (F)

The old school of off-road bikes...this 2 stroke will go anyway you want and more. The old RM 125 will keep up with all the rich boys with their new ‘08 bike and all gear, but no idea.
The pre mix oil needs to be a little richer due to the old engines, but look after it and the bike will look after you. The only problems that I have had is there is a rubber gasket which splits very easy which is located between air box and carb i.e...To much air in carb...no start! But apart from that its great at racing [club class] and great out with mates.
Plastics for this bike are hard to find but Gordon Farley’s @ ash, are great. Most parts are available through this company as well as uk.bike.com. Which has helped me many times in the past.
Well overall great bike, good shocks, ideal response from throttle, great swing arm, drums on front and rear, have to sometimes take a step back and pray you stop...great bike for enduro racing.
Don’t go out and spend thousands when you can get 1 great RM for less than 400 pounds
Try it!!!!You will have a smile from ear to ear and that’s a promise.
This bike is only for off road use!! Not for public highway!

a nice strong bike, flys through the air on jumps fine, although a bit bouncy on the landing side of things, bags of torque in 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear no lack in power what so ever. a good bike to start in the 125cc class on
