Suzuki RGV 250cc 93/94 (L)
Overall Rating:

I only have one thing to say... I was able to had absolutely control about all mi bike except one, my RGV 250, That's a really difficult bike to take out all "she" have inside. My bikes were: Yamaha DT80, GILERA SP01 125, SUZUKI rgv 250, HONDA CBR 600.

Suzuki GSF Bandit 600cc Sept '99 (V)
Overall Rating:
Review
When it goes, it goes OK but I've spent more than half the original value of the bike on servicing and repairs in 2.5 years and 22k miles. Wasn't happy to replace the exhaust after 28 months (i.e. not long out of warranty) when the joint between down pipes and end can went. This happens alot according to my dealer. Misfires badly in the wet - a can of WD40 sorts it for a while. Feels steady on BT45s which do about 8k.It goes quite smoothly and swiftly (mostly) though I think reliability problems has put me off owning another Suzuki ever ever ever....

Suzuki SV 650cc Sept '00 (X)
Overall Rating:
Review
Awesome entry/experienced bike. So easy to ride and yet very enjoyable for the experienced as well. Makes the same engine noises as a Ducati 748. Great value, good build quality but must be looked after if ridden in the winter. I put 7000 miles on mine then sold it to my 64 yr old Dad. His first "sportbike"

Suzuki GSXR 1000cc Sept '01 (51)
Overall Rating:

Just got this bike (traded a ZX-9R). So far it's pretty awesome if not so much to look at. First and second gear wheelies are so easy as to be boring. The fuel injection is very good. The build quality is good but some things look cheap like the stick-on graphics and the indicator lights. Also the switchgear is the same as on my SV650 which is a little cheap feeling but I know from the SV it will last. The power is incredible. Handling is great but turn in is slower than my 996. I think raising the forks may help this.

Suzuki GS 500cc 95/96 (N)

All the comments about good handling, economy and corrosion supported. Didn't keep it long (hate chain drive). The motor had a rather dead feeling- very docile and flexible but got the impression that alot of effort went into spinning the balancer.

Suzuki GSXR 1100cc 89/90 (G)
Overall Rating:

The first of the slingshots. Apparently they have evil handling; the only problems I have had were due to over-inflated tyres on delivery and being set up wrong. I have an Ohlins shock and BT010's - No problems with handling; it's no Fireblade but then it feels more substantial. My only gripe is being 6ft the footrests are much too high and 2 hours' riding is all I can cope with. I would rate the engine and gearbox as among the best for smoothness and reliability.

I am 6 foot & just got a SV650sx with 2 inch rearset pegs, IT FITS LIKE A GLOVE. I use it to commute all weathers and am seriously impressed. No complaints, when I have modded the front end.

Suzuki GSX 600cc 91/92 (J)
Overall Rating:

This is my 14th bike and is certainly not the worst. Insurance is cheap and the bike is fast enough. Good power delivery and economy (60mpg). Handling is predictable - just don't expect R6 antics. Fairing is handy weather protection despite its screen height. Junk the original exhaust and fit nexus. Deserves more cred.
