The nicely updated G1 model. great handling bike and good for all riding regards of the weather or distance, not so comfortable for pillion riders though. These bikes have fantastic MPG ranges with what feels like bundles more power than the older F3 version but being alot lighter helps that. Speed, comfort, reliability, economy, looks and brakes all come into play on this machine with no drawbacks, kawasaki definately got alot right when they built the 'G' model, 6 pot calipers with bigger disc's on the front have the capability of stopping you on a five pence piece while on the other hand the new fairing design can get you upto scary top speeds without any wind hassle. The best modification you can make to these bikes i a double bubble screen as this makes a BIG difference at speeds, but the whole market is wide open to keep you temted with some extra's to your 'G' model ninja recognisably yours..

zx6-r f3 model. great bike with bags of power throughout the range. if you want a good handling, easy to maintain and fast sports bike then this is it and no matter if your a rider or pillion its got to be one of the most comfortable sports bikes you will get on. any rider however experianced will look like a pro on one of these. The only downside to these is the brakes, the 4 pot's just dont cut it, but braided lines and dot 5.1 fluid sort this.

This bike is great, wipes the smile of all the auto moped things. mine does 50 mph on the flat, it has an ar 80 exhaust and a bdk race eng 21 mm inlet manifold and carb. very comfy riding p.osition, these are the next best thing to an rs50 for those who cant afford one. the insurance is only £200

Hi all, Just found this site and thought i'd leave a comment.
I've got an AR50 which i think is better than any other scooter/moped around for the value for money and 'smiles per gallon factor' lol. Mine does 57mph on the flat and 61 down hill. Now before you all say 'cause it does' listen to the specs. AR80 bottom and top end, 80 carb, 80 CDI (well worth the money) Gianelli sport/ race exhaust, sports air filter, race HT lead and cap and race spark plug.

This bike will leave scooters for dead lol. The easiest parts to make them go faster or unrestrict then is to change the CDI for an AR80 one and put a different aftermarket exhaust on. The 6 speed gearbox that the 80 has is also a good upgrade as the bike cruises better at higher speeds.

Well worth the money

Bought a Z750S after 2 years on an ER-5. what a difference. Beautiful looking bike, Fast as hell, and still returns 55-60 mpg on the motorway, and around 45-50 in town. Cornering is very responsive. Only down sides are the hard seat which gets uncomfortable after an hour or so although the riding position is generally good, I'm 6'2" and dont go for the full sportsbike riding position. The mirrors vibrate at speed, but not really a problem as you can only see your own arms in them anyway. Overall, an excellent intro to sportsbikes

Kawasaki ER-6 650cc Sept '07 (57)

As I girly biker I wanted a light slim nippy bike. The er6-n that I have ticks all the boxes for me. I have called her Zelda, she is very forgiving on my dodgy gear changes but on in a straight line I can get a decent speed out of her.I can just about keep up with my friend on her bike!! I find the ride speedy, responsive, handling is good at slow speeds. When my daughter is pillion the brakes are still good and the handling good too. I love her shes the best bike I have owned.

more horses than is new 250 ninja brother goes remakably well for a small bike a joy to ride tends to be a little flighty and over steer at high speeds but will keep up with anything newer and even some of the bigger boys most parts ok to buy as most gpx and zzr parts are the same the only down side is this bike is as rare as rockin horse sh-t and things like fairing parts and front indicator lenses etc can be hard to find but at 138kgs and42 bhp it goes well
