A massive array of new bikes and race machinery is set to be unleashed at this year's International Motorcycle and Scooter Show, which recently announced a four-year title sponsorship agreement with motorcycle insurance specialist Carole Nash. A total of 27 manufacturers will unveil their 2009 models for the first time at the UK show which takes place at the Birmingham NEC from 28th November to 7th December.

The confirmed manufacturers are; Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, Yamaha, BMW, Buell, Ducati, Harley-Davidson, KTM, MV Agusta, Triumph, Hyosung, BRP Can Am, Cectek, PGO, Generic, Victory, Jinlun, Benelli, Cagiva, Keeway, Royal Enfield, Wuyang and Zing Bikes, with the Quad contingent represented by Quadzilla, Polaris and HammerHead. The diversity of the UK motorcycle market will be on display with new models from all sectors including Superbikes, Touring, Cruisers, Adventure Sports, Naked bikes, Commuters, Supermoto, Motocross, Enduro, Quads, Mopeds and Scooters.

The world's best racing bikes from MotoGP, World and British Superbikes, World Motocross and the Isle of Man TT will also be on show, likely to include the factory MotoGP race bikes of Valentino Rossi and his series rivals. Top racers from across all the major championships will be in attendance for autograph sessions, to meet their fans and to take part in the Question of Bikes quiz hosted by former racer and BBC race commentator Steve Parrish.

As well as premier motorcycles and riders, the Show offers activities for seasoned bikers and newcomers alike with the chance to ride on-road with the Bike Ride Out feature, off-road, learner training through the BSM (British School of Motoring), and for children a first experience of motorcycling with Honda's ‘My First Licence' (aged 5-11).

The ever popular Thunderdome Games features Superbike stunt riding and for the first time fans will be able to witness a motocross ‘backflip' in the confines of the NEC! Other attractions include the Wall of Death, Mini-Moto, Go-Karting, racer interviews and competitions.

Finlay McAllan, Managing Director of MCI Exhibitions, said; "We're excited with our line up of manufacturers, new model launches, live action, riding activities and racer appearances. Visitors will feel like they've had a packed day and really get their money's worth!"
