Ok so i got this bike on october 25th, i absoloutely love it to pieces but it's such a trouble maker, it's really not a bike you can ride day in day out, you have to take perfect care of it because it gets dirty so quickly, bits break FAR too easily and if your a male, like myself it hurts your testicles ALOT. If i were you, i would not buy this bike, go for a cheap ped like a peugeot v-clic and save your money for a brilliant 125 or maybe a decent car?
Just to tell you how bad my problems are with my one, the chain snapped this morning, the bike falls over alot because of the wind and the rubbish stand, when it fell over, it broke off an idicator, bike one of the speedo covers and broke the handle bar.

I bought my XR6 in february and absolutly loved it, quicker than any scooter around and quicker than aprilia rs 50 to 50mph and finally topped out at 60mph, now it has a bigger sprocket on the front amnd does 70mph.
the bad part came when it was due for MOT and the front caliper pins had seized, rubber bushes had perished all over the swingarm and frame and cost a bomb to fix but luckily found an XR6 being broken and picked them up cheap. the bike handles well but cannot lean too far left thanks to the positioning of the stand. another bad point is that the previous owner was quite large and the rear part of the fairing rubs on the rear mudgaurd taking the paint, also the tank is bolt upright and can get uncomfortable on the gentlemens area on long rides.
Apart from these minor details the bike is brilliant and much more reliable than other geared 50's, mine has gone 18000km without an engine rebuild whereas your standard RS engine only lasts about 5k if you're lucky although they're the same engine :S
Would recommend the bike to anyone. :D

Ive had this bike for about a month now and i love it to bits, i bought it second hand and ive had no problems with it, restricted its doing 45 mph which is gr8, takes corners great, brakes are precise. just warming it up can take a bit longer than wanted but its in no way a major problem. 10 out of 10 from me

very good bike. mine does 60mph odd and has a very smooth running engine. with a pretty gd acceleration
sounds briliant for a 50cc too.
parts for it are very expensive, the brake flued cap is a little hard to reach and the fuel tank is a little uncomfortable on the mens region.
but apart from that this bike is an excellent performer with insurence at about 325 - 450 for average person.
very fun bike and looks amazing.

Rubbish, had nothing but bother from it. its slow and breaks down constantly. within a month of purhase from new had problems starting, within a year iv had to replace sprockets twice on both front and back. have had to replace the chain becauce of the way it runs over the frame, wares through rubber pads onto frame, over all... RUBBISH!!
