to deristrict an AR50 get hold of an AR 80 exhaust and a little cone type filter, mine used to do 60mph

Ahhh, what a great first bike. My AR was never a quick machine but i loved it. i managed to get 45 from it with just a micron exhaust but i could still beat RS50's in the twisties the AR didnt need to let off, it had excellent handling and was stable in a corner. Its weird really cos im a big italian bike lover but money restraints meant i couldn afford one so i got my AR, i wasn't disappointed, it pressed all the right buttons for a bloke who has been raggin it around fields from the age of 8, possibly the best thing about it though was that it had gears, this was a big thing to me as i think ahead and it prepared me for bigger bikes. I dunno what u bermuda boys put in your AR's but i wish id had it, more speed would have had me killin the SPeedfights all over britain. Any ways great bike great fun and forgot to mention, reliable as hell, never broke down on me once. My bikes reg was M52 NMO, if the current owner reads this post on here..

Straight out of the box I got 70mph out of this darlin'. Fantastic bike to ride, could easily out run a Kawasaki Ninja if it tried, better than any scooter around.

Allright ppl I have just bought an AR50 and it only goes 40mph! It is all stardard and I need it to go faster! How do you de-restrict them to get a little more horse power out of it? My lights aren't working either. Can any one help me plz???? thanks!!!

Hi, I bought this bike 2 weeks ago for 450 and it's great. It's got an expansion chamber and micron can and drilled air box, it does 65mph. It's also had some cosmetics done to it, so it looks pretty tidy. The one big problem I'm finding is insurance - I've just done my cbt and have enquired numerous times and have been quoted ridiculously high prices like 500 quid. Does anyone know where I can get a good deal from. PS It's garaged and chained up also has a disc lock and I live in a rural area, I cant see why its so expensive. Please help me

I just got my AR50 and its great. I got 55 ouy of it. I filed the piston heads and I got an after market exhaust system and it is wkd.
