When I saw this bike I had 2 have it. I reckon it is the best 50 around my area. My m8s are all jealous but last week a car pulled out in front of me and wrote off ma bike. I was gutted; my bike did around 80mph and thats mint 4 a 50cc. I haven't done any mods 2 it just derestricted it.

I have only had this bike for a month or so. Before that I had an RS50 Extrema which was the fastest 50 around my way, it did over 75mph. Then It Blew up! So I went and bought the RS2! Its soooo much better, more comfortable etc. Though it is slightly slower (65). I have only got an MK Exhaust at the moment but I am having lots done to it soon.. Things like advanced timing, big bore kit, big bore carb, carbon reeds, boost bottle and racing gearing.
I can wheelie mine for quite some distance n get really high, but I've decided to learn proper stand up wheelies on it. Unfortunately this was a bad move as I snapped the rhs footpeg hanger!!

I have got a Rieju RS2 and have had it for about 2 months now and its excellent. The only drawback is the performance. I'm getting the speed but it takes ages to get there. Does any one know where I can find some proformance stuff for it as I'm desperate for some. thanks

These bikes are awesome. I bought mine second hand with 1500km on it, and have been best pleased with it eversince! I was quite disappointed by the speed as Iwas only getting 55/60 mph out of it but I soon fitted an Arrow exhuast system and it reaches its top end of 65/70mph comfortably and quickly. I am always gettin complimented on my Rieju everywere I go, whether it be at the traffic lights or petrol stations. I have yet to see another Rieju Matrix 50 on the roads and I am proud of that because it is something special and in turn, is the fastest 50 in Belfast!

Got this bike as a starter bike to get myself used to gears and clutches. As a starter bike it is great, but the lack of power, speed and acceleration is annoying. The bike will do 50mph on a good day, which is bad for a 50, and will use very little fuel. It is though badly affected by head winds, and these can knock the top speed down to 40mph. The build quality of the bike is sadly poor, there are exposed wires all over the bike, and I have had major problems with the electronics of the rear light.
Overall though it is a good starter bike. It teaches you how to ride a geared bike very well and around town. It's lightweight body and amazing brakes means that it will outrun cars. But I advise against long journeys. 50+ mph roads are horrible, the lack of speed and acceleration really makes you feel stupid and winds can cause terrible problems for handling because it is so light. Buy for town riding, not for long journeys!

This bike has got to be the best 50 around. Mines de-resricted and has an alpine star race exaust. It handls really well round the corners considering its quite heavy whilst it's not moving. They are really exciting and they shift too

I have one of these but it got run over by a car today and I can't seem to get any parts from anywere - I need a side fairng front and back. Anybody got any ring me on 07851607905. Anyway these are class bikes well better than the RS50.... Aaron, england
